Q. Why cant I get pass the Access key login page.

1. If you are an AOL user Click Here. If not, continue...
2 . Check to see if you are using the correct username and password.
3. Make sure that your membership is active.
4. All usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsiTive.
5. Make sure you Cookies are enabled. In order to enter our
members areas you MUST have your cookies enabled.

Q. How do I clear my cache files.
A. Its very simple just follow the instructions below
.
1. Open up your Internet Explorer.

2. In the top left corner of Internet explorer choose the drop down menu labeled "tools"
3. In the tools drop down menu select "Internet options" and a dialog box will open like the one below.
4. click on the delete cookies button and then click OK.
5. click on the delete files button then click OK. "This might take a few minutes if you have a lot of files so be patient"
6. When that,s done close the window then make sure all browser windows still open get closed and return to the website you joined and make sure to enter from the main page of the website by clicking the link labeled members entrance.

Q. OK I cleared my cache files but I still can not enter.
A. That means your username/password is not working and here is a few reason why.
1. Your membership might be expired.
2. You might be using the wrong username/password.
3. Your username might have been disabled due to abuse
.
The best thing to do is request a new username and you can do so here

Q I requested a new username but I never received one via e-mail.
A. Here a few reason why you never received an e-mail from us.

1. Our e-mail might be going directly into your spam box.
2. Make sure to check the e-mail address you used when you joined.
3. maybe when you joined you entered the wrong e-mail address.
In any case just send an e-mail to our support team and will have a new one sent ASAP

Q. Im using AOL and want to view your site using Internet explorer.
A.This is very easy and a smart way to go.
1. While logged into your AOL account reduce the AOL window by clicking the reduce window box in the top right corner.
2. Next click on the start icon located at the bottom left corner of your computer.
3. Once there Navigate to the program tab.
4. Then navigate to the Internet Explorer icon.
5. When the browser open in the top address bar put the addess in www.thesiteyoujoined.com and hit enter on your keyboard.
6. Now keep in mind your connected thru AOL so if you get disconned you will need to log back into your aol account.


Q When I logged IM sent to a page saying my account has been disabled due to password trading.

Let me explain how our security system works we track how many unique IP address logged under each username in a 24hr period so if you go over 15 different IP which is our threshold you automatically get banned. this system is set up to prevent password traders.

Q. How do I get a new username/password
A. Here a few options to choose from.
1. You can email our support team.

Here our some common problems that might have effected you.
1. You shared your username/password with others.
2. You logged in more than 15 times in a 24hr period. "Please read above"
3. When you joined you might have used a common username/password that was easy guessed by others.
4. Some IP like AOL Road Runner use proxy servers so basically your IP keep changing in the back ground when your surfing the Internet this might send you to our threshold limit a lot faster causing your account to get banned in your case just wait 20 minutes for our system to refresh it self and you should be able to lob back in with no problems if your still having problem please GO HERE and have a new username/password sent to you vie e-mail..

Q. Why cant I get pass the Access key login page.

How can I cancel my membership?

The easy way to cancel your membership is to contact the billing company you joined with.

Below you will find the appropriate billing company's cancellation forms and contact phone numbers.

NOTE: You should cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the schedule billing date (Date/Time will be in EST) so that there is enough time to process your cancellation.

If you have trouble cancelling please call the Billing company or file or CONTACT US, providing as much information as possible so we can locate your membership.

After you've cancelled, you’ll still have access to the website for the entire time you paid for until the billing cycle ends. Cancelling your account simply stops the reoccurence of future charges. The access is not cancelled immediately upon cancellation. Website access will be denied only after your paid access period has ended.
