How long does it
take to download a movie?
Depending on your Internet connection and type
of quality you have chosen it can take anywhere
from 1 minute to 15 minutes to download a single
part of the video. A video has multiple parts
so it depends a lot on your connectivity and

The
WMV format plays choppy. What's wrong?
The WMV format we have is very high quality
and very CPU intensive. We recommend you watch
the WMV movie on a computer that has at least
a Pentium III 700Mhz and 256MB of RAM.
Please do not try to stream ("left clicking")
the WMV movies in realtime directly from our
web servers, chances are this will result in
very choppy playback - unless you have an Internet
connection that's >1.5 mbit.
It's best to download
the files and play them locally from your computer.

Why
won't WMV movies play in window media player?
The .WMV format is best seen with Windows Media
Player but some other applications can play
this format. However, some applications also
take over this format and can't play it (like
Winamp / real player or so). To fix this problem,
we then have to setup the .wmv format to be
viewed through Windows Media Player. To do this
with Windows XP, just right click onto a wmv
file and then select "opens with" and then,
"choose the program". Finally, select Windows
Media Player and check the box "always open
with that program". If this doesn't work, you
can also update your Windows Media Player, update
your Windows Media Player HERE.
