AOL MEMBERS

To all AOL members we suggest you view our site by opening up an external Internet explorer browser.
The reason is AOL is very buggie and members always experience problems.

Q. Why cant I get pass the Access key login page.
1. Check to see if you are using the correct username and password.
2. Make sure that your membership is active.
3. All usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsiTive.
4. Make sure you Cookies are enabled. In order to enter our
members areas you MUST have your cookies enabled.

Q. IM using AOL and want to view your site using Internet explorer.
A.This is very easy and a smart way to go.
1. While logged into your AOL account reduce the AOL window by clicking the reduce window box in the top right corner.
2. Next click on the start icon located at the bottom left corner of your computer.
3. Once there Navigate to the program tab.
4. Then navigate to the Internet Explorer icon
.
5. When the browser open in the top address bar put the address in www.thesiteyoujoined.com and hit enter on your keyboard.

Now keep in mind your connected through AOL so if you get disconnected you will need to log back into your AOL account.

 

STEP .1
While logged into your AOL account reduce the AOL window by clicking the reduce window box in the top right corner.

STEP 2.
Next click on the start icon located at the bottom left corner of your computer.


STEP 3.
Once there Navigate to the all program tab. And Then navigate to the Internet Explorer icon.

STEP 4.
When the browser open in the top address bar put the address in www.website.com and hit enter on your keyboard.

Q. OK IM using Internet explorer but still can not connect.
A. You need to clear out your cache files instructions below.

Q. How do I clear my cache files.
A. Its very simple just follow the instructions below
.
1. Open up your Internet Explorer.

2. In the top left corner of Internet explorer choose the drop down menu labeled "tools"
3. In the tools drop down menu select "Internet options" and a dialog box will open like the one below.
4. click on the delete cookies button and then click OK.
5. click on the delete files button then click OK. "This might take a few minutes if you have a lot of files so be patient"
6 When that's done close the window then make sure to close all browser windows and return
to the website main page and enter by clicking the members entrance.

 

Q. OK I cleared my cache files but I still can not enter.
A. That means your username/password is not working and here is a few reason why.
1. Your membership might be expired.
2. You might be using the wrong username/password.
3. Your username might have been disabled due to abuse
.
The best thing to do is request a new password. REQUEST HERE

 

Q. How do I get a new username/password
A. Here a few options to choose from.
1. You can use our automated retrieval system. GO HERE
2. You can e-mail our support team.

Q I requested a new username but I never received one via e-mail.
A. Here a few reason why you never received an e-mail from us.

1. Our e-mail might be going directly into your spam box.
2. Make sure to check the e-mail address you used when you joined.
3. maybe when you joined you entered the wrong e-mail address.
In any case just send an e-mail to our support team and will have a new one sent ASAP EMAIL HERE

 

Q When I logged In IM sent to a page stating my account has been disabled due to password trading.
Let me explain how our security system works we track how many unique IP address logged under each username
in a 24hr period so if you go over 15 different IP which is our threshold you automatically get banned. this system
is set up to prevent password traders.

Q Reason why your account was disabled due to password trading.
Here our some common problems that might have effected you.
1. You shared your username/password with others.
2. You logged in more than 15 times in a 24hr period. "Please read above"
3. When you joined you might have used a common username/password that was easy guessed by others.
4. Some IP like AOL Road Runner use proxy servers so basically your IP keep changing in the back ground when
your surfing the Internet this might send you to our threshold limit a lot faster causing your account to get
banned in your case just wait 20 minutes for our system to refresh it self and you should be able to lob back
in with no problems if your still having problems please GO HERE and have a new username/password sent to you vie e-mail..
